La Mare Wine Estate

La Mare started simply as a Winery and Distillery producing a range of still white wine and our Jersey Apple Brandy. It has now evolved to produce a wide range of ciders, wines (white, red and sparkling), spirits and liqueurs.

La Mare started making their own preserves during the winter months, when their kitchens were quiet after the main tourism season. Now their range has grown, and the kitchen works throughout the year to keep up with demand!

MARMALADES
Orange Marmalade, Brandy Marmalade, Three Fruit Marmalade, Whisky Marmalade

JAMS
Raspberry Jam, Blackcurrant Jam, Apricot & Rum Jam

JELLIES
Apple Brandy Jelly, Bramble Jelly, Rosemary Jelly, Port & Redcurrant Jelly

MUSTARDS
Wine Mustard, Cider Mustard, Tarragon Mustard, in jars or a special stoneware pot to use again.

BLACK BUTTER
A unique Jersey specialty made with apples and spices, hand stirred over an open flame for many hours.
