Jersey Tourism’s Visitor Services Centre is staffed by a core team of five experienced Information & Reservations Officers who are available throughout the year to assist you in any enquiry you may have. In order to offer a friendly and comprehensive service, our team grows by approximately 10 Information Officers during the busier months, to ensure that we can quickly and effectively deal with your questions and requests for information.

Our Visitor Services Centre offers you the ability to conduct island-wide searches for accommodation, a reservation service that is free to all. Our staff are responsible for assisting you, the visitor, in your exploration of the Island. We aim to deliver a high standard of customer service to make the time you spend in Jersey a memorable experience.
