Jersey Rugby Football Club (JRFC) compete against Bedford in the RFU Championship. In April 2012, JRFC sealed a fourth promotion in five seasons in a remarkable rise through the English rugby pyramid to the Championship. The ground is situated adjacent to Jersey Airport. The modern clubhouse includes a large function room with a bar and dance floor that can be divided for smaller functions. The Pavillion incorporating a bar and kitchen (on the east side of the main clubhouse) and the Lord Jersey Stand (on the airport road side of the 1st XV pitch) cater for the increasing numbers of spectators. Spectators can find shelter from the elements under the Clubhouse and The Pavilion and the Lord Jersey Stand offers covered seating. Visitors are welcome to the ground and there is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Access to the ground on match days is from either end of the ground and there is plenty of parking on site.
