As part of the Emergency First Response (EFR) organisation we are backed by a leading international body, committed to providing lay people with the confidence and ability to deal with a medical emergency. Training is based on easy to remember procedures and continuous assessment. Students can utilise personal study, DVD material and instructor led approaches to suit their own preferred learning style.
With courses running in all parts of the world, EFR has carefully developed training material which encompasses a wide range of languages and cultures. Through the support of our UK educational development team and our own training expertise we go to considerable lengths to ensure materials use the most effective learning tools. Content is constantly kept up to date in accordance with UK, European and Jersey practises and recommendations.
Courses
We can provide the full range of First Aid certified courses including HSE compliant Paediatric Child Care, First Aid at Work, the new Emergency First Aid at Work course, followed up with refresher and renewal training. We have carefully structured our courses to take account of factors which apply to the tourism, hotel and catering industry. Materials ensure those who speak English as a second language are not at a disadvantage. Participant manuals are available in a wide variety of languages including Portuguese, Polish, French, Spanish and Russian.
Course Fees
Our emphasis is on quality and effectiveness however our fees are very competitive and prices reflect the number of people attending the course. We like to keep our groups small to ensure plenty of practise is carried out and time allows for individual coaching. The fee covers the cost of registration, EFR study materials, assessment and certificates.

All courses are run by fully qualified HSE compliant EFR instructors who are current in both practise and teaching methods
