Jersey Welcome Host
Jersey Welcome Host is a one day customer care and local knowledge course. There are a number of locally qualified trainers who can provide this course on a regular basis and most of them will be happy to arrange in-house personalised courses for individual clients.
The course is usually broken down into two main parts. In the morning session the trainers deal with customer care subjects such as useful skills for meeting customers, creating a good first impression and communication skills. Following a light lunch the afternoon session deals with local items of interest, boosting business and creating an action plan.
