  • Will satisfy the need to comply with the training requirement in the new Licensing Law and the new Food Law.
  • A short multiple choice test will follow each section and successful candidates will receive a certificate.
  • Options to progress onto higher levels in Food Safety, Licensed Retailing, Health & Safety, Sales & Supervisory Management are available.
  • Cost £95 per delegate, includes handouts for each section, lunch refreshments and certificate. (Discounts available for groups attending same course)

Responsible Alcohol Retailing

  • The legal definition of alcohol and why the sale of alcohol is licensed

  • Sale of alcohol to children and the need for requiring proof of age
