Tourism Development Fund

The Tourism Development Fund supports organisations through investing in events, projects and marketing activity that will attract visitors to Jersey and stimulate the Tourism Industry. Since it was established, over ninety projects have been supported, ranging from helping to finance infrastructure developments to supporting the establishment of sporting and cultural activities, all of which enhance the visitor experience of Jersey. Voluntary, public and private sector organisations are eligible to apply.

The Fund is overseen by the Tourism Development Fund Advisory Panel made up of members of the private sector. The Chairman is Peter Funk, and other members are Steve Bailey, Carol Canavan, William Church, Lawrence Huggler, Melinda Isherwood, Dominic Jones, Kristina Le Feuvre, Aurelie Leroy, and Andrew Shrimpton.

Organisations wishing to apply to the Fund should be able to demonstrate that their events or projects will bring more visitors to the Island, can attract funding from sources in addition to the Fund and be sustainable in years to come. The Fund is open for applications twice a year, in Spring and Autumn.

The Fund is now open for applications, please download the Guidelines for Applicants and the Application Form below.

The closing date for completed applications is Friday 12th April 2013. If you have any questions, please contact Melanie Drummond on 01534 440679 or at tdf@jersey.com.
