Approved Babysitting Scheme
The Jersey Childcare Trust operates an approved babysitting service free of charge to parents or services requiring a babysitter.
An approved babysitter must be:
● Over the age of 16
● Have a clear police check, which the JCCT provides free of charge
● The babysitter must have provided 3 satisfactory references.

Baby Barn
The BabyBarn website includes listings for a wide range of local and online shops and services, from maternity wear and stylist clothes for newborns, Jersey attractions and baby friendly boltholes in the UK, to nursery furniture and photographers.
BabyBarn also features a forum for sharing experiences and advice with other parents in the Island and a fun section where parents can submit photos of their ‘little beans’.
