With the league season now complete and a place secured in next season's RFU Championship, Jersey RFC are focusing on finalising the squad for the 2013/14 campaign.

The Club are pleased to be able to announce new players who will be joining the squad as they look to consolidate their Championship status next season.

Jersey Director of Rugby, Ben Harvey has been discussing his plans for next season with members of the current Jersey squad, and the club expect to be in a position to confirm a number of new deals for existing players, as well as further new signings, in the near future.

Beach Rugby is back!
Hard, Gritty, Tough... and that's just the ladies.

Beach rugby is a fast, enthralling version of the 15-aside game. Open to Mens & Ladies Teams, it is very fast, full contact Rugby Union played with teams of a maximum of 10 players. Games are 5 minutes each way. There's no kicking, scrums or line outs and it's played on a pitch that's a third of the normal size. The Jersey Rugby Association is organising the Beach Rugby Tournament as a fun way of playing a bit of rugby in the summer.

The Beach Rugby Tournament takes place on Saturday 20th July 2013, 10:00 - 17:00, on St Brelade's Bay opposite The Oyster Box. Read more.
