Restaurant Sirocco

Classic Jersey dishes with a modern twist are served, with delicate flavours cooked to perfection. A contemporary approach to menu design is coupled with innovative presentation of dishes, to provide an experience for all the senses. Indigos

The Hotel Cristina's 'Indigos' restaurant is a fusion of contemporary style and panoramic views which makes it a unique place to dine.   The food is created by Head Chef (Mark) who uses fresh local ‘Genuine Jersey’ produce in his varied and seasonal menu. Indigo restaurant has recently been awarded an AA Rosette for outstanding cuisine.

The Boat House - Sails Brasserie & Quay Bar

Sails Brasserie with its’ sensational vista of the Bay of St Aubin offers a stunning and unique venue for your enjoyment. We are proud to serve a variety of the finest fresh Jersey fish, prepared simply to enhance the naturally fresh, clean flavors of the sea and succulent textures. Where possible we use local produce to reflect our wonderful surroundings which we are sure you will find quite breathtaking. We work closely with our local suppliers to have a range of dishes to compliment the season whilst retaining many of our signature dishes. The Boathouse currently holds 1 AA Rosette.

Château la Chaire

Gourmet food is prepared by top chef, Simon Walker and his team with two AA rosettes for the restaurant.

Château’s elegant award winning restaurant combines the Gallic influence of romantic France with the warmth of traditional England. In the oak panelled setting, fine culinary delights are created fresh to order and there are dishes to tempt both the more traditional palette as well as the more adventurous diner. In the summer months the conservatory and terrace are popular dining areas with both guests and locals alike.

Our menus offer excellent value combining English cuisine with a modern Mediterranean flair. The restaurant's decor is bright and uplifting with local artist Paul Kilshaw's paintings and collages adorning the walls.

La Petite Pomme

La Petite Pomme is an award-winning à la carte restaurant, with 2 AA Rosettes. Seasons Restaurant currently holds 2 AA Rosettes. The restaurant's chef is Alun Williams who has brought to the Royal his expertise and earlier experience at Rick Stein's famous restaurant at Padstow, Cornwall.

The Montana Restaurant holds 1 AA Rosette and invites you to spoil yourself with their excellent range of menus created using fresh, locally grown produce, your dining experience will be a memorable one.

Ocean Restaurant

Ocean has been awarded a Michelin Star, for a fourth consecutive year, as well as three Rosettes in the AA Restaurant Guide 2009, placing it in the top echelon of restaurants in the British Isles.

This exceptional fine dining restaurant showcases modern British cooking in a classic setting with the emphasis on fresh Jersey produce.

Head Chef Mark Jordan has created a sophisticated selection of menus, including a seasonal a la carte, daily changing set menus and specially selected vegetarian dishes. An extensive wine list complements Mark’s food.

Guests can be treated to an array of classic dishes such as steak au poivre, French onion soup and crème brulée along with a well-selected list of French wines, champagnes and aperitif-style drinks. Our Sunday Brunch is popular with locals due to the vast buffet options which are complemented by the stunning views over the marina.
