Jersey Sea Sport Centre

The Jersey Sea Sport Centre, (established 1983) at La Haule slip, just before St Aubin's village, has Jet skiing from age 12+, wakeboarding (the latest craze, like snowboarding on water!) waterskiing, banana rides, speedboat trips and ocean kayaks with wetsuits and equipment provided. A British Water Ski Federation approved ski school and BWSF Sports boat driving centre licensed by the Jersey Maritime Authorities. Closes at the end of September. Groups and parties welcome. All the great watersports rolled into fun!

Active Island Sports

Active Island Sports provides friendly, qualified watersports instruction and equipment hire. Jonathan and the team also run weekly summer camps for 10-15 year olds. May – September. Age 6+

Gorey Watersports Centre

Gorey Watersports is on the beach of the Royal Bay of Grouville, overlooked by magnificent Mont Orgueil Castle. We have water skiing, wakeboarding, banana rides, ocean kayaks, speed boat trips for the whole family and self-drive motor dinghy hire. Dad can be Captain! All equipment and tuition is provided.

Surf and Sun Watersports

Kayaking is an exhilarating way to see Jersey’s private hideaways. Relax with one of our professional British Canoe Union qualified instructors. No experience is necessary and we cater for all ages. We use the latest ‘sit on top’ model for maximum safety. For some ultimate rest and relaxation take a daily paddle or soak up the sunset with an evening tour. Our tours are family fun orientated and we include some rock climbing and cliff jumping for the adventurous.

Jersey Kayak Adventures

Jersey’s only specialist kayaking company. Discover sea kayaking. Experience the beauty and tranquillity of a sea kayak tour around Jersey’s stunning coastline. With a fleet of modern, user-friendly sit-on-top kayaks or closed cockpit ‘traditional’ sea kayaks reach remote beaches, explore cliffs, caves and see the wildlife with Wild Life Safe (WiSe) trained guides. Discover the hidden beauty of Jersey.

The Company operate from venues island wide and is a British Canoe Union approved centre. Tours vary from a couple of hours to whole days, e.g. “Mothership” supported trips offshore kayak tours to Les Ecrehous or Les Minquiers reefs, Sark and Chausey.

Green Tourism and Ecoactive Silver awards. Selected for the Guardian Green Travel list in 2010. No previous kayaking experience is needed. Tours are suitable for all ages and abilities including complete beginners. Families with young children are welcome. Individual and group bookings are possible. All equipment including wet-suits is provided.
