A visit to the windmill in St Peter is the best way to appreciate the quality of the jewellery. The workshop and showroom are housed together in the granite building.
Catherine Best is a world renound jewellery designer and the beautiful Windmill provides the perfect setting for her shop and workshop. From here you can see many of her orignal designs and even purchase (if the mood takes you). Most of the products that are for sale in her wonderful shop are unique to Jersey and therefore you are highly unlikely to see someone wearing the the same item. Catherine has won many awards for her Jewellery designing and features on the "Who's Who in Gold and Silver" list. The Windmill also houses a wonderful restaurant perfect for a warm snug winter meal or an "alfresco" summer treat.
