Mr Battle

Each year the Battle of Flowers has a celebrity Mr Battle who accompanies Miss Battle of Flowers on a float as part of the parades. 

In 2007, it was former England rugby player Kyran Bracken, in 2008, Christopher Biggins was the celebrity Mr Battle and in 2009, chef Marco Pierre White joined in with the festivities.

The former Coronation Street actor, Danny Young, will be Jersey's Mr Battle of Flowers in 2010.
