Launch of the Diamond Jubilee Stamp and £100 bank note

His Excellency and Lady McColl will attend the launch of the Diamond Jubilee Stamp and £100 Bank Note at the Old Library in the Royal Square. The note and stamp issue have been issued to commemorate Her Majesty The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and include Chris Levine’s holographic portrait of Her Majesty the Queen.
