The Lieutenant-Governor is responsible for co-ordinating the programme of all Royal visitors to the Island.
General enquiries about Royal visits should be made to the Chief of Staff at the Office of the Lieutenant-Governor.
The Office of the Lieutenant-Governor liaises with the Private Office of the prospective Royal visitor and the host organisation.
Programmes for members of the Royal Family are planned well in advance, so invitations should be submitted at least 6 months ahead of a proposed visit.
