What you can expect

Gastronomy is a theme that many destinations play on, it's a key driver for visitors and an integral part of the experience. In this workshop Kazz Padidar, Jersey's very own bushman, takes a team out into the wild to discover the incredible array of wild edible plants foraged directly from the land. After sourcing the right ingredients, head into to the kitchen of one of Jersey's fine dining experiences to see a Head Chef do magic with simple, natural and local sourced ingredients. Sara Kiyo Popowa of Shiso Delicious is the creative lead on this workshop. She'll guide participants through the process of finding beauty in raw ingredients as you work together to shoot the whole experience. You'll learn how to build a story around appreciating beauty in raw nature of a destination and how to translate this into an authentic food story.
