La Laiterie can sleep up to four adults and one child. The building has been sympathetically restored to provide modern living conditions and is finished to a very high standard. The courtyard is traffic free, sheltered and an ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a 1.5 acre grass area for guests use.

This cottage is one of six in a very large, newly converted, granite outbuilding on a traditional Jersey farmstead which dates back to 1880. The cottages are situated in the quiet rural parish of Trinity and are surrounded by agricultural fields and there are many lovely country walks nearby. The world famous Jersey Zoo at Durrell Wildlife Conservation Park and the Eric Young Orchid Foundation are in this area.
