La Rocco Tower
La Rocco Tower offers an unforgettable and truly off-grid experience, located half a mile offshore in St. Ouen’s Bay, Jersey. Surrounded by the sea twice a day, the tower is only accessible at low tide and must be reached with an accredited guide.

This iconic granite tower accommodates up to six guests and a guide. Inside, the ground floor features a communal area with a table, fridge, wood-burning stove, and solar-powered lighting. The upper floor contains six bunk beds for guests, along with a separate bunk for the guide. While there is no running water or electricity, basic facilities are provided including a chemical toilet, crockery, cutlery, and essential lighting. Guests must bring their own bedding, drinking water, food, and other supplies.
La Rocco Tower is ideal for adventurous guests looking to disconnect from the modern world and connect with the raw beauty of nature and heritage.
