Key things to know

Where’s my bus?

Accessible and easy to use

All Jersey’s public buses are low floor, making them fully accessible for wheelchairs, pushchairs, prams, some mobility scooters and those who are mobility impaired. All Liberty buses have easy-access ramps and a dedicated wheelchair space. If there are no wheelchair users on board, any passenger is welcome to use this area.

Onboard information

Looking for your stop? Onboard announcements and a display screen keep passengers informed about the next stop and any travel delays.

Telling the bus driver to stop

When you get near to your stop, tell the driver you’d like to get off by pressing the red button on the central posts. If you can’t reach the button, ask another passenger to do it for you. Not sure where your stop is? Ask the bus driver as you get on, and they’ll let you know when to get off.

Libertybus operates a no-smoking policy on their buses and in the bus station, Liberation Station. Please don’t block bus aisles with bags or luggage, use the luggage racks where possible.

Be considerate

Keep bus journeys a pleasure for everyone by being considerate of fellow passengers. Please refrain from eating and drinking while on the bus.
