The Health Club at Grand Jersey

At our health club you will find a friendly and welcoming environment which enables guests and members to achieve the level of health and fitness they aspire to. The gym was refurbished in April '16, is a fully equipped gym with Matrix equipment, swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room and experience shower. We also offer personal training sessions which are available upon request. Our personal trainer can create bespoke exercise and diet plans to help kick start you to a healthier lifestyle.
