Longueville Manor – A lovingly restored manor house and the perfect setting to enjoy head chef Andrew Baird’s award-winning cuisine, Longueville Manor is a real treat for those who love the taste of opulence. Green Island Restaurant – Perched at the top of Green Island slipway, overlooking the beach of the same name, this tucked away gem is a little slice of the Med in Jersey. Green Island Restaurant specialises in fresh local seafood – from oysters harvested a few miles down the coast to turbot, bass and bream freshly caught in local waters. With a Michelin Plate and an AA Rosette to boot, this little jewel isn’t to be missed.

 

Ocean – You’ll find Ocean in the luxury setting of the Atlantic Hotel atop a headland overlooking St. Ouen’s Bay. Delve into art deco opulence as you enjoy a meal in the tranquil restaurant. Executive chef Will Holland has a relaxed vision of good food and a menu that demonstrates his passion for seasonal produce and using the finest ingredients from the island’s fields and shores. The restaurant holds a notable four AA Rosettes and a Michelin Plate, making this one ocean you’ll definitely want to dive into.

 

Sumas – Located in the picturesque harbour of Gorey, in the east of the island, Sumas has been a firm favourite with locals and tourists alike since 1997. As you eat, savour the magnificent views of Mont Orgueil Castle and the Royal Bay of Grouville. The menu showcases the best of Jersey’s shellfish, including hand dived scallops and Royal Bay Oysters. Awarded 2 AA Rosettes and a Michelin Plate, Sumas can’t be summed up in words – you’ll have to try it for yourself.
