This activity is an experience which delves into Jersey's fantastic military heritage. Transported and guided by Marc Yates, explore the Island's beautiful coast and countryside and find out about it's hidden history. Discover Jersey's 3000 year military history and see and handle some of the weaponry that has been used to attack and defend the Island. Historic armour, swords, longbows, crossbows to Napoleonic muskets, and WW2 rifles and machine guns. See website for details of our tours.

Location

Jersey's inhabitants have for centuries constructed refuges and defences and fought invaders. From Bronze and Iron Age promontory forts, medieval castles, forts, Jersey round towers and batteries of cannons, to WW2 German bunkers.
