Channel Islands Liquor Company

A new distillery based in the heart of St. Helier with unique views across the marina. The distillery was opened in November 2019, and exports products around the world and inviting customers to learn more about its unique approach to producing liquor. The launch of the distillery came at the same time as the company unveiled their latest product to the market, a golden rum infused with flavours from the indica plant. 


La Robeline Cider Press, Distilling and Tasting

The award-winning La Robeline Cider Company are a family of proud creators & crafters of the finest Jersey Ciders, Artisan Spirits & Private Catering Solutions. For 2020 they are opening their farm, join them for either a cider press and tasting with dinner, or a distilling experience with dinner, using locally sourced produce.


Barrow At The Manor

Introducing a fresh new eating experience to the island, nestled deep in the gardens of Samares Manor. Step into Barrow at the Manor, a green space that brings the outdoors in, where many ingredients are foraged or dug from the kitchen garden and prepared by two talented young chefs. They have heaps on their plate from pop-ups to supper clubs and pickling workshops, we recommend you stick them firmly in your culinary calendar.


Boutique Cafe and Bespoke private catering. Cafe situated in St Aubin Harbour, on the hill opposite the bottom of the High Street. Serving seasonal soulful food made with passion, a load of love and a load of local wholesome goodness and a load of funk n groove. All tastes and dietary requirements are welcomed. Open throughout the winter in the busy harbour of St. Aubin and through the summer in an idyllic location overlooking the beautiful St. Brelade’s Bay.

Taste Jersey

24 February 2020 – 29 March 2020 Highlighting the finest local produce and dishes crafted by the island’s most talented chefs, Taste Jersey is a celebration of gastronomy. Developed by Luxury Jersey Hotels, in association with the Jersey Evening Post, this inaugural festival showcases the prestige and quality of the island’s top hotels and Mark Jordan at the Beach. With a number of local products coming into season, diners are invited to tuck into an array of dishes on the specially curated menus, all of which put Jersey meat, seafood and vegetables firmly in the spotlight.
