From brewing to fermenting, distilling, bottling and labelling, La Côte Distillery prides itself on providing excellent grain to glass spirits to islanders and has done for several years. Located in central St. Helier, La Côte Distillery offers a 'gin lab' workshop where distillers, Alex & Thea will guide you through the process of crafting your own custom spirit.
With a hands-on approach and a commitment to craft, La Côte Distillery is a space where experience and flavour thrive. During the 3hr workshop, you’ll learn about alcohol production, taste a number of spirits, select botanicals for your spirit, run your own still & design your label. Grazing boards & drinks incl.
