Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast eager to refine your skills or simply looking for a unique way to celebrate with friends, this is an experience designed to delight every sense. Expect laughter, learning and a little friendly flair as you create (and of course, enjoy) your own expertly crafted drinks in the vibrant atmosphere of Samphire’s stylish bar.

Each class is intimate and interactive, with small group sizes to ensure personal guidance from our bartenders. The experience is priced at £65 per person, with a minimum of four and maximum of eight guests — perfect for birthdays, team evenings or just an indulgent night out with friends.

To make the most of your evening, stay for dinner afterwards and enjoy 10% off your à la carte meal when dining Tuesday to Thursday. You can even add a delicious charcuterie or cheese board for £14 per person. (Please note: offer excludes November and December.)
