Foraging Tour & Michelin Starred Tasting
You’ll be whisked away by a local transfer to the Jersey’s Wild East or West Coast, choose from either an inland or coastal foraging experience with a renowned local guide, that will take your through the abundance of produce available in Jersey, either foraging for herbs and mushrooms inland or for seaweeds and shellfish with a coastline tour of one of our breathtaking Jersey bays.

Once your forage has come to an end, your transfer will be waiting to take you and your goodies back to Michelin starred Bohemia Restaurant where your ingredients will be incorporated into a delicious 7 course Tasting Menu.
Jersey is a playground for the adventure enthusiast with a great variety of outdoor pursuits to choose from and our experienced foraging guides with wonderful knowledge of all Jersey has to offer. With years of experience, knowledge and passion he will lead you through a foraging experience like no other to show where he sources produce for Michelin starred Bohemia restaurant.
Tours are available to begin at either 10:00-12:00 or 11:00-13:00 followed by lunch, or 16:00-18:00 or 17:00-19:00 followed by dinner. Transfers will be scheduled for 30 minutes prior to your foraging time.
£389 for two people, £659 for four people, £899 for six people. Must be booked at least a week in advance. This is a bespoke experience, so get in contact to make enquiries and to book your date of choice.
