Gin Distillery Experience

From brewing to fermenting, distilling, bottling and labelling, La Côte Distillery prides itself on providing excellent grain to glass spirits to islanders and has done for several years. Located in central St. Helier, La Côte Distillery, also offers a gin lab workshop where you'll spend the afternoon creating your own bespoke bottle of gin or vodka. Run by distillers Alex & Thea, they'll guide you through the process of making your own craft spirit.

With a hands-on approach and a commitment to craft, La Côte Distillery is a space where experience and flavour thrive. During your 3hr workshop, you’ll learn about alcohol production, taste a number of spirits, select botanicals for your gin, run your own still and design your label. Grazing boards provided.
