Located in the much sought after parish of St. Brelade, yet just a short stroll from the vibrant St. Aubin's Village with bars, restaurants, shops and the leisure harbour with its yachts and pleasure boats.

The property is set back from the road and is a place of calm, with all facilities easily located including a frequent bus service to St. Helier or St. Brelade's Bay. The nearby Railway Walk is a cycle and pedestrian path along the line of the old Jersey Railway that links St. Aubin to St. Brelade and on to Corbière in a westerly direction and to St. Helier to the east.
