THE BOAT HOUSE ST. AUBIN

High tide? For a picturesque lunchtime spot, head to the popular harbour view terrace at The Boat House, in St. Aubin’s Village, which catches the sun in the morning and early afternoon. Order drinks or snacks outside on the heated terrace and enjoy the backdrop of village cottages and boats in the harbour.

There aren’t too many hotels that can claim a sea and a castle view - but Grand Jersey has both. And from its glass-fronted terrace, you can enjoy the view with afternoon tea or a swish cocktail or two. The stylish terrace comes into its own on Fridays from May to September, when Sundowner Fridays add a chilled soundtrack to the sunset views.
