Our studio timetable features a rich mix of movement, mindfulness, and restorative sessions, including:
Enjoy Pilates to build strength through controlled movement
Yin Yoga with slow, meditative stretches
Gentle Yoga to improve flexibility and ease tension
Unwind with deeply restorative Sound Baths using gongs and singing bowls
Or boost your cardio Aerial Yoga
All sessions are led by experienced instructors in a welcoming space for all abilities. Online booking is available – spaces are limited, so book early.
