Vanessa is a 500 hour Yoga and BASI Pilates teacher with a desire to share a more connected way of being. Teaching with anatomical focus with a modern day understanding of alignment and an appreciation for our shared humanity. Classes are light-hearted and fun; and for those with all levels of yoga experience.

Classes are led all over the island at an outdoor location, subject to the weather forecast. Vanessa also offer an Island Hop package, where you escape to a slice of paradise on a private rib charter to the beautiful Les Minquiers. You will perform yoga on the sandbanks surrounded by crystal clear waters followed by time to explore, relax or swim. No previous Yoga experience required.

We are open all year round.
