Several factors make this location ideal for oyster farming which is why Seymour Oyster is one of the largest exporters from the island. Grouville Bay on the east coast of Jersey has a relatively flat terrain with the fourth largest tidal range in the world, which ensures a regular and fresh supply of food for the oysters. This location also has good water quality and excellent transportation links within Jersey and internationally. In inclusive tours are £45pp including oysters and sparkling wine/champagne. Bespoke tours can be arranged prior to visiting us.
