More Information
Jersey’s landscape and history have been shaped by the sea and this museum tells the story of the island’s unique maritime environment and rich seafaring past. Learn about the tides or how to design and float a ship, immerse yourself in songs and stories of the sea, and investigate the island's myths and legends. Take a closer look at Jersey's link to seafaring and shipbuilding and the privateers and pirates who shaped the island's maritime past and learn about navigation and the elements.
Also on site the Occupation Tapestry Gallery. The 13 colourful panels of the tapestry depict life and hardship under military rule.
Children under six go free.
