30 Bays Summer Challenge
This July and August, make the most of Jersey’s spectacular coastline by swimming in as many of the island’s beautiful bays as you can. Whether you take on all 30 bays or simply enjoy discovering a few new favourites, this challenge is a fantastic way to stay active, connect with nature, and create lasting summer memories.

By taking part, you'll also be helping to raise vital funds for the National Trust for Jersey and Jersey Hospice Care, supporting two local charities that make a real difference to our island community.
The challenge celebrates Jersey’s unique coastal environment, so we encourage participants to embrace the spirit of sea swimming and enjoy the bays in a natural and responsible way. Most importantly, take part in a way that feels safe and enjoyable for you.
Please help protect the places we love by leaving only footprints behind and respecting our beaches, wildlife and coastline.
