Brighton ’84 is a powerful new play by Yorkshire playwright Philip Stokes, recognised by the British Library as a culturally important playwright of the 21st Century. In 2025, his recent play Shellshocked had highly successful seasons at the Adelaide Fringe and Off-Broadway at 59E59 Theatres NYC, gaining huge critical acclaim.
