Sponsored by TMF, the Castle Chase is a unique relay race where teams of two take on an unforgettable low-tide challenge. Starting from West Park, runners race across the sand to Elizabeth Castle and back, with each teammate completing approximately two miles over a mix of beach, causeway and coastal terrain.
Whether you're looking to team up with colleagues, challenge your friends, or enjoy some healthy competition with family, the Castle Chase is the perfect opportunity to get active, have fun, and support a great cause.
