3rd Person, 1st Person, 2nd Person, a new audiovisual performance by Grace MacDonald in collaboration with Swiss visual artist Manon Keller, combines live music (saxophone, voice and electronics) with video. Inspired by a shared fear of being perceived online and a mutual love of video games, the work explores shifting points of view.
Shamica Ruddock presents a continuation of her improvised sonic project Drum Language, which used electronic experimentation to explore Maroon and AfroCaribbean folk drumming traditions. Following a residency in Jersey, she will present new work connecting her ongoing research with the island’s landscapes and histories.
