It’s time to shred the gnar, get totally pitted and go full send in fancy-dress as we look to crown the 2024 KOOKSLAM Champ! Join the party and suit up for a family-friendly surf comp.

ALL abilities welcome (the less you know about competition surfing the better!)
Multi-person heat formats with top surfers progressing through to the next round, PLUS an 'all-in' Expression Session like no other.
Strictly foamies only. Swell boards will be provided but BYO if you have it.
Points and prizes awarded to:
• Poor surfing style
• Terrible wave selection
• Most far-out fancy dress
• EPIC wipeouts!
FREE online registration (+£5.00 donation on the day at sign up) all in aid of the inspirational Healing Waves Therapy. Check-in by 10.45am.

Healing Waves – Ocean Therapy
At Healing Waves, we enable individuals to access the ocean in a safe way to participate in water sporting activities so they can experience and enjoy the therapeutic benefits that the ocean holds for us all. We offer Ocean Therapy through guided surf, paddle and flow sessions. We get booked up quickly, so be sure to book well in advance.
Splash Surf Centre
The Splash Surf Centre operates from the iconic Splash surf ‘shak’ which has been at the heart of Jersey surfing since the early 1960's. It was the home of the original Jersey Surf School and the venue for all major International Contests on the Island. Today our professional, friendly team offer lessons and coaching to everyone who wants to learn.
