Under the watchful eye of the Master Gunner, witness the life of a Cadet Gunner at Elizabeth Castle during the Georgian era, when discipline, drill and military training were essential parts of daily life. Soldiers were expected to follow orders without question, maintain a strong sense of duty, and always be ready for battle. The Cadet Gunner had to demonstrate these values every day.
