At Azure Brasserie, food is all about pleasure – generous plates, sunshine flavours, and that familiar brasserie comfort, elevated just enough to feel quietly chic. Using the best locally sourced Jersey ingredients, our kitchen cooks with care, craft and a contemporary twist.
