Junior Lifesaver Surf Program
Our Lifesaver & Surf Performance Programme is a weekly group training programme designed to build strong, confident, and capable young ocean users. Through a mix of practical skills and fitness-based activities, students develop essential lifesaving and surf performance techniques in a fun, supportive environment.

Participants will learn how to paddle rescue boards, swim confidently in open water, surf safely, complete soft-sand running drills, and gain vital CPR and first aid skills. Alongside physical training, students build teamwork, discipline, and leadership while developing a deep understanding of ocean safety. This programme is ideal for young surfers who want to improve their performance, gain valuable lifesaving qualifications, and grow in confidence both in and out of the water. A perfect pathway for future lifeguards and committed ocean athletes.
All students work towards nationally recognised awards:
