Mysore-Style Classes with Ashtanga Yoga
The Mysore-style classes are self-paced and suitable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. For new students, Mysore-style class offer the opportunity to move in your own time, slowly integrating new asanas whilst focusing on breath. The teacher’s role is to provide assistance and guidance when needed and add new postures when the student is ready. Verbal cues and physical adjustments will be offered throughout the class.

Our Mysore-style self-practice classes run daily Monday to Friday. The Shala opens doors at 6.20 am and we close at 9 am. There is no class on Moondays.
