Our one hour SUP sessions are the perfect way to build your confidence, improve your technique and have a bit of adventurous fun out on the water. Our lessons are suitable for anyone aged 8+. We use top of the range inflatable boards that are beginner friendly, so everyone can enjoy some SUP fun.
SUP is a fantastic way to experience Jersey’s coastline from the sea, combining gentle exercise, fresh sea air and a little bit of adventure. All the essential equipment, including wetsuits and buoyancy aids, is provided.
