Walking Tour: Happy Birthday, Marcel Moore
Join us for this walking tour which will focus on the often overlooked person of Suzanne Malherbe, aka Marcel Moore. She was the lesser known creative and romantic partner of Lucy Schwob (Claude Cahun). Born in Nantes in 1892, Moore trained in fine art and was an illustrator, activist and gay icon. She moved to Jersey in 1937 where she remained until her death in 1972. Join us to hear her story.
