Yoga at Bouley Bay
Experience yoga with sea views and the sounds of the ocean at Bouley Bay. These intimate classes are available to 7 participants and open to all levels, as variations will be given. The class typically starts with breathing and relaxation practice, followed by a warm-up of sun salutations and a guided Asana practice that varies each session, and ends the session with relaxation and essential oils.

Join Toyah for a yoga class on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. Saturdays will be based in the conveniently located and spacious, yet cozy Parish Hall of St. John's. Mondays and Tuesdays will be based in the dive shop at Bouley Bay with sea views and sounds.

Tuesday | 0700 | Yoga at Bouley Bay
Saturday | 0900 | Yoga at St. John Parish Hall
The class will be 1 hour and is open to all levels, as variations will be given. The class typically starts with breathing/relaxation practice, followed by a warm-up of sun salutations and a guided asana practice, which varies each session. We end the session with relaxation.
Classes are £12 for drop-in sessions or £50 for a block of 5 sessions. Mats and blocks are provided if needed.
