Healing Waves – Ocean Therapy
At Healing Waves, we enable individuals to access the ocean in a safe way to participate in water sporting activities so they can experience and enjoy the therapeutic benefits that the ocean holds for us all. We offer Ocean Therapy through guided surf, paddle and flow sessions. We get booked up quickly, so be sure to book well in advance.

These watersports are used as a vessel, helping our athletes to gain more self-confidence and communication skills, whilst providing therapy and respite for all. At Healing Waves, we pride ourselves on having a group of dedicated and experienced Volunteers who either work in the care sector, live and breathe a lifestyle of water sports, or both! We want to better the lives of others and enable them to have the opportunity for new meaningful experiences that they might not be able to do otherwise.
Ultimately, it is our aim that our Athletes and their families are treated to a well-deserved day of relaxation, fun and respite. Each session is a valuable and beautiful experience where there are no labels and all who get involved are Athletes.
