Pêtchi - a Jèrriais word meaning 'to try to catch a fish' is all about the perfect pursuit of produce and local bounty.
Located in the grade one listed Liberty Wharf and run by husband and wife Joe & Charlotte, Pêtchi is centred around a wood-fired open kitchen with panoramic views across St. Helier. Cooking native produce over fire, from sourdough flatbreads to whole fish and ex-dairy beef chops, alongside Jersey oysters, crab and seaweed tarts or cherry blossom ice cream with burnt meringue.
