Telling the early story from Paris to Jersey, Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore moved to their ‘happy Island’, Jersey, to slow down from their cosmopolitan Parisian life. Claude and Marcel were at the heart of the radical thinkers and creatives of their time whilst in Paris. They hosted the likes of Salvador Dali, James Joyce, Nathalie Barney and Jacques Lacan.
A Window into the Mind explores this early period of Claude and Marcel narrated by Flora MacAngus. The atmospheric music includes Debussy La Mer arranged for Piano Trio, Ravel's Sonata for Violin and Piano, Gershwin's Porgy and Bess arrangements, and Scott Joplin's Elite Syncopation.
