A team of top chefs from both Jersey & Guernsey are gearing up for the ultimate inter island cookery challenge where they will be tasked with creating a culinary feast from a mystery basket for 55 covers per team.
The diners will lavish on a five course meal each accompanied with a perfect wine, plus canapés and Champagne on arrival.
The first Craft Guild of Chefs' Inter Islands Challenge will take place in the newly refurbished kitchens at the Academy of Culinary Arts.
The teams will have to impress a discerning group of diners, including a judging panel of top London chefs; Henri Brosi, executive chef at The Dorchester, Paul Gayler, executive chef at the Lanesborough Hotel and Andrew Bennett MBE, who is food and beverages manager as well as executive chef at the Sheraton in Park Lane.
22 & 23 October 2012 with pre-dinner drinks served at 18:30, followed by dinner at 19:00. Tickets £50 per person which includes wine for each course and champagne.
