Jersey Society of Artists
Jersey Society of Artists is a friendly society of like-minded artists who meet together regularly to exhibit and paint. New members are welcome and encouraged to participate in the diverse painting sessions run throughout the year. There are opportunities to exhibit and to attend various workshops run by professionals visiting artists or in-house.
More Information
This friendly art club has been thriving for over 60 years and currently based at the Community Centre, St. Ouen. We have various weekly sessions and paint at outside garden venues during the summer.
Our current studio sessions include:
Tuesday | 1000-1230 | General, Still Life and Life (with model)
Wednesday | 1315-1615 | Portrait (with model)
Saturday | 1030-1230 General and Life (with model)
Additionally, during the year we hold various workshops/tutorials either with local or visiting artists - these are always popular! On the social side we have occasional get-togethers and a Lunch during the summer and near Christmas.
